Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand for appointments during this period, all payments are required in full at the time of booking to secure your date and reserve your time on my calendar. At Arianna Scott Makeup and Hair, I’m committed to providing every client with an exceptional, seamless experience. However, I understand that unexpected changes can occur. Please review the following policies carefully before booking: 💳 PAYMENT FOR BOOKING Payment in full for makeup and/or hairstyling services is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This ensures your reserved time is held exclusively for you. 📅 RESCHEDULING NOTICE If you need to reschedule, please do so with as much advance notice as possible, as appointment availability is limited and fills quickly. 🚫 CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS If you cancel your appointment or fail to attend without prior notice, your payment will not be refunded. ⏱️ LATE ARRIVALS A 5–10 minute grace period is allowed. However, arriving late may affect the quality or completeness of your service, as appointments cannot extend beyond the originally scheduled time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
